Bruce McCallum, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of Formwork Construction Limited on the 16th day of May 2002 at 10.11 a.m., by the High Court at Auckland.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidators will dispense with the meeting of creditors.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidator has fixed the 4th day of July 2002, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit
of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
