Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

(in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 20th day of May 2002 at 11.50 a.m., Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named company by order of the High Court
at Rotorua.
The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of May 2002.
