Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Alan Hall, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of Lifenet EMS International (NZ) Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 25th day of March 2002.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
