Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 3rd day of January 2002, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Howard Fuller Limited be liquidated and that Geoffrey Edward Fuller, of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 3rd day of January 2002 at 12.00 midday.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator will dispense with the meeting of creditors.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidator has fixed the 28th day of February 2002, as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
