Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that D H Nominees Limited was put into liquidation by special resolution of the shareholders at the annual general meeting on the 3rd day of May 2002.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 3rd day of May 2002 at 4.25 p.m.
Creditors may make inquiries to the liquidators, whose address is care of Insolvency Management Limited, Level Seven, National Mutual Building, The Octagon (P.O. Box 1058), Dunedin.
Note: The directors have certified that the company is solvent immediately prior to passing the resolution to appoint liquidators.
