Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On the 3rd day of May 2002 at 3.30 p.m., the shareholders of Ken Beeby Limited passed a special resolution putting the company into liquidation and appointed Ross Sinclair Wells and Virginia Anne Wells as joint liquidators of the company.
