Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the company commenced on the 2nd day of May 2002 at 10.29 a.m., when the High Court, Auckland, appointed Derek Farrelly as liquidator of the company pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993.
