Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 4th day of January 2002 at 9.00 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Waikato X Ray Limited be liquidated and that Kenneth Peter Brown, chartered accountant of Tauranga, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 4th day of January 2002 at 9.00 a.m.
