Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts

I, John Francis Managh, insolvency specialist of Napier, hereby give notice that by order of the High Court, Wellington, on the 6th day of May 2002, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, I was appointed liquidator of Zest Bistro Limited.
Pursuant to section 304 of the Companies Act 1993, creditors are invited to file proofs of debt in the liquidation.
Proofs are to be received by the liquidator no later than the 5th day of June 2002, as failure to prove by that date may lead to late claims being excluded from a distribution.
