Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Bruce Arthur Maclean, lawyer of Auckland, was appointed as liquidator of Data General New Zealand Limited
(in liquidation) by special resolution of its shareholders under section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
("the Act").
The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of December 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Make Claims/Establish Priority
The liquidator fixes Friday, the 25th day of January 2002, as the day on or before which any creditors of the company must make their claims and establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
Notice of Intention to Remove Company From
the Register
When the liquidator has completed his duties, he intends to apply to the Registrar of Companies to remove the company from the Register under section 318 (1) (e) of the Act.
Objections to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be made in writing to the Registrar by Friday, the
15th day of February 2002.
