Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Jack Brian, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of Market Flowers Limited (in liquidation) on the 26th day of April 2002 at 3.00 p.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of Market Flowers Limited (in liquidation) fixes the 27th day of May 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
