Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 21st day of December 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that C & M Sold Limited be liquidated and that Brent Thomas Dickins, chartered accountant of Palmerston North, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 22nd day of December 2001.
