Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On the 23rd day of April 2002 at 8.45 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Vivid Print (2001) Limited be liquidated and that Kenneth Peter Brown, chartered accountant of Tauranga, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 23rd day of April 2002 at 8.45 a.m.
