Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (b) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act")
Notice is given that on the 23rd day of April 2002 at
3.00 p.m., Jeffrey Bernard Kenny and Oliver Roderick Matson, solicitors of Wynn Williams & Co, were appointed joint liquidators by special resolution of the members of the company with the right to exercise their powers individually.
The liquidation commenced on 23 April 2002.
