Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On the 19th day of April 2002 at 11.58 a.m., by order of the High Court, pursuant to the Companies Act 1993, Chill Factor Ice Limited was placed into liquidation and John Joseph Cregten and Andrew John McKay, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on the 19th day of April 2002.
