Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
I, John Francis Managh, insolvency specialist of Napier, hereby give notice that by order of the High Court at Nelson on the 18th day of April 2002, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, I was appointed liquidator of ASF Limited.
Pursuant to section 304 of the Companies Act 1993, creditors are invited to file proofs of debt in the liquidation.
Proofs are to be received by the liquidator no later than the 16th day of May 2002, as failure to prove by that date may lead to late claims being excluded from any distribution.
