Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 4th day of April 2002 at 11.24 a.m., it was resolved by the Court, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, that Gillain Enterprises Limited be liquidated and that John Carwshaw Twhigg, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 4th day of April 2002 at 11.24 a.m.
