Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section
241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Jacqueline Grace Trifunovich, chartered accountant of Trifunovich & Co Limited, was appointed liquidator of Gaia Health & Beauty Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 19th day of December 2001 at 10.58 a.m.
Inquiries may be directed by a creditor or shareholder of the company during normal business hours to the liquidator at Level Three, 24 Manukau Road, Newmarket, Auckland, or by telephone on (09) 524 2950.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator does hereby fix the 30th day of January 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Having regard to the likely result of the liquidation, the liquidator proposes that no meeting of creditors be held.
No such meetings will be called unless a creditor gives notice in writing to the liquidator within 10 working days after the publication of this notice requiring a meeting to be called.
