Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 11th day of April 2002, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that D. A. Limited be liquidated and the Leicester Jac Forbes Gouwland, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 11th day of April 2002 at 10.30 a.m.
