Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
On the 10th day of April 2002, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, that Waikato Business Equipment Limited be liquidated and that Peter Robert Bullen, chartered accountant, and Martin Quinton Fine, solicitor, both of Hamilton, be appointed liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on the 10th day of April 2002 at 10.00 a.m.
The liquidator fixes the 13th day of May 2002, as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
