Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 10th day of April 2002, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Ongoing Investments Limited be liquidated and that Kevin Landrigan, chartered accountant of New Plymouth, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 10th day of April 2002 at 11.40 a.m.
Creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries to me during normal business hours at the address and telephone number stated below.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 17th day of May 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
