Nicholas Self, insolvency practitioner, was appointed liquidator of Lakh Industries Limited (in liquidation) on the 12th day of April 2002 at 4.00 p.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Notice is given that, under section 245, the liquidator does not consider that a meeting should be held as the creditors, from initial examination, appear to be paid in full and no such meeting shall be called unless notice is given in writing, as per section 245, by a creditor and no notice of such meeting to be called is received by the liquidator within that period as specified in section 245.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidator of Lakh Industries Limited (in liquidation) fixes the 12th day of May 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
