Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 20th day of December 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders that TTL Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Gregory Noel Rathbun and Bruce Raymond Sheppard, chartered accountants of Auckland, be appointed liquidators jointly and severally for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of December 2001.
