Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On the 4th day of December 2001, it was resolved that
P A O'Connor Limited be liquidated and that Paul Glass, chartered accountant of Dunedin, be appointed as liquidator for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 16th day of December 2001.

The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts.
Pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
