Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of New Zealand Installations Limited, Denize Holdings Limited, Irlee Holdings Limited, Apps.Net Limited, Resources International Limited and IT and T NZ Resources Limited (all in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that on the 4th day of April 2002 at 1.00 p.m., Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named companies pursuant to a special resolution signed by the official assignee in the bankruptcy of the property of John Peter Denize.
The liquidation commenced on the 4th day of April 2002.
