Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Karen Betty Mason, insolvency practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of Browns Bay Camera & Hobby Plaza Limited
(in liquidation) on the 5th day of April 2002 at 3.30 p.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators of Browns Bay Camera & Hobby Plaza Limited (in liquidation) fix the 6th day of May 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
