Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 320 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of
the Companies Act 1993, that the shareholders of the
above-named company on the 28th day of March 2002, appointed Ian Douglas Davies, accountant of Accounting Action Limited, as liquidator of the above-named company.
A resolution as to solvency of the company has been filed with the Registrar of Companies, Auckland.
The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of March 2002.
The liquidator hereby fixes the 10th day of May 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
