Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
The Companies Act 1993
On the 26th day of March 2002, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Leo Lands Limited be liquidated and that David Neville Cooke and Laughlin Glenn Keaney, chartered accountants of Tauranga, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 26th day of March 2002 at 11.03 a.m.

The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts.
Pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
