Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 5th day of April 2002, it was resolved by
special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that The Muffler Shop Limited be liquidated and that Christopher John Lynch, chartered accountant of New Plymouth, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 5th day of April 2002.
