Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company on the 28th day of March 2002, appointed Gordon L. Hansen, chartered accountant of Goldsmith Fox PKF, Christchurch, as liquidator of the company.
The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of March 2002 at 9.00 a.m.
The liquidator does hereby fix the 29th day of April 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors' claim forms are available at the liquidator's office.
