Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 26th day of March 2002, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a)
of the Companies Act 1993, that Southern Star Limited
be liquidated and that Timothy Patrick Ward, chartered accountant of Invercargill, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 26th day of March 2002 at 11.00 a.m.
