Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 15th day of March 2002, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Bendigo Hotel Limited be liquidated and that Gregory Roger Mason, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 15th day of March 2002.
