Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 28th day of March 2002, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Froglet Holdings Limited
(in liquidation) be liquidated and that Glen Allan Stapley, chartered accountant of Duns Limited, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
Creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries to the liquidator no later than the 20th day of April 2002.
