Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that on the 25th day of March 2002 at 4.25 p.m., the above-named company passed a special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, stating that the company be put into liquidation and that Stuart Douglas Robertson be appointed as liquidator.
Notice to All Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of Moroney Electrical Limited (in liquidation) fixes the 3rd day of May 2002, as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
After this date, claims may be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claim is made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
