Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 4th day of March 2002 at 2.43 p.m., it was resolved by a special resolution of the sole shareholder, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Don Edmond Motors Limited be liquidated and that Keith Arthur Robertson, chartered accountant of Hamilton, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
This company is solvent and the liquidation is the result of a restructuring of the affairs of the sole shareholder.
The liquidation commenced on the 4th day of March 2002.
Pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
The liquidator does hereby fix the 2nd day of May 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the priority of their claim is established.
