Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
The Companies Act 1993
On the 22nd day of March 2002, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Heinz Services Limited be liquidated and that Kerryn Mark Downey and Ronald James Hill, chartered accountants of Auckland, be appointed jointly and severally as liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 22nd day of March 2002 at 4.00 p.m.
Creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries to us during normal business hours at the address and telephone number stated below.
The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts.
Pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, a copy of the resolution has been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
