Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section
241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company on the 22nd day of March 2002 at 10.00 a.m., appointed Laurence George Chilcott, chartered accountant of Auckland, as liquidator of the above-named company.
A certificate of solvency, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, has been completed by the directors.
The undersigned does hereby fix the 16th day of April 2002, as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
