Bernard Spencer Montgomerie and Steven Paul Graham, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Pearl Decorators Limited on the 14th day of March 2002 at 11.23 a.m., by order of the High Court at Auckland.
The liquidators require creditors to file claims and to establish any priority their claims may have by the 13th day of April 2002.
