Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Stephen James Higgs, chartered accountant of Polson Higgs & Co, was appointed liquidator of Anorco Number Sixteen Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 18th day of March
2002 at 12.00 midday.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 23rd day of April 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
