Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 12th day of March 2002, it was resolved by resolution of the shareholders that the above-named company be placed into liquidation, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, and that Stephen Charles Grey, of Chester Grey Chartered Accountants Limited, was appointed as liquidator.
The directors of the company have signed a certificate verifying the company's solvency at the date of liquidation.
