Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that on the 30th day of January 2002, the shareholders of The Shower Company Limited passed a special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Mark Daniel Foster, of Butts, Bainbridge
& Weir, Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator of the company.
The company has ceased trading and has now entered into voluntary liquidation.
A resolution as to solvency, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, has been passed by the directors.
