Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the company commenced on the 5th day of March 2002 at 10.45 a.m., when the members appointed Derek Farrelly as liquidator of the company pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator hereby fixes the 12th day of April 2002, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are required to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
