Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that, by a duly signed special resolution of shareholders of the above-named company on the 8th day of March 2002, Anthony Thomson Southall, solicitor of Wellington, has been appointed as liquidator of the company.
