Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 14th day of December 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Warkworth Childcare Limited be liquidated and that Grant Blackbourn, of Withers & Co Limited, Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 14th day of December 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
