Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On the 27th day of February 2002 at 1.00 p.m., by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to the Companies Act 1993, Liveline Power Limited was placed into liquidation and Stephen Rex Tietjens and John Joseph Cregten of Auckland were appointed liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on the 27th day of February 2002.
