Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 16th day of October 2001, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Govett Shelf One Limited be liquidated and that Robin Brockie, chartered accountant of New Plymouth, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 16th day of October 2001 at 12.00 midday.
