Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
David Stuart Vance and Keith Goddard Palmer, chartered accountants, were appointed liquidators of Wellington School of Medicine Asthma Foundation Trust Board by special resolution of the trustees on the 14th day of December 2001 at 10.00 a.m.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
A certificate of solvency, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, has been completed by the trustees.
As a result no meeting of creditors will be held.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidators have fixed the 31st day of January 2002, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
