Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the above-named company on the 26th day of February 2002 at 10.35 a.m., passed a resolution appointing Colin Ian Devcich, chartered accountant of Auckland, as liquidator of the company.
