Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of New Zealand Contributory Mortgage Brokers Limited (in liquidation) commenced on the 19th day of February 2002 at 9.50 a.m., when the members appointed Murray George Allott, chartered accountant, as liquidator in accordance with section 241 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, by the passing of a resolution by entry in the company's minute book.
The directors previously having passed a resolution, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, declaring that on the liquidation of the company it would be able to pay its debts.
Any inquiries by creditors or shareholders may be directed to the liquidator.
