Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Stephen Kim Bennett,
chartered accountant of Whangarei, was appointed liquidator of Wigram Accommodation Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 26th day of February 2002 at 4.00 p.m.

Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 19th day of March 2002, as the day on or before
the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
